Contact Davis & Hoss, PC for a Strong DUI Defense
Being arrested for DUI is frightening, but facing charges for taking someone else’s life is far more serious and potentially life-changing. When you are facing up to 12 years in prison, you simply cannot afford to hire an overburdened public defender who doesn’t have the time necessary to properly defend your case, nor can you risk working with an inexperienced defense attorney.
Our Chattanooga criminal defense lawyers bring over 35 Years of Experience to the table, thus we know how serious Class B felony charges are, and how a conviction can destroy your family, your career, and your future.
